We received a "will call" order for a custom cultured marble shower pan from this customer. American Marble, Inc. was not involved in the design or construction of this shower. We provided no jobsite visit for this construction project. American Marble, Inc. installs shower pans, shower walls and tub enclosures for our builder and homeowner customers. If a customer places an order for a component of a cultured marble shower system, without our installation service, the customer assumes all responsibility for the selection and installation of our product. We are very sorry that the custom product manufactured for this customer was not satisfactory for this construction application. However, this shower pan product was manufactured to industry standards for cultured marble shower applications and of high quality with a one year limited warranty protection.
