I have been a customer of Einstein Brothers Bagels for a few years now, but today 12/05/09 stop by to get two bagels and I was disappointed in the bagels I purchase. As much as they charge for the bagels you'd think they'd be more generous with the cheese. The person that was working today barely put some cheese on the two bagels I purchase. I usually stop by week days and there is someone there that knows how to prepare a bagel and I wished he was working today. I am not stopping by there on Saturday mornings anymore. A loyal customer!‎
